迭代创新模式下企业-用户互动对新创企业创新绩效的影响

——基于海尔集团“创客公地”小微企业的案例研究*

摘要:企业-用户互动是互联网时代创新创业实践活动的关键主题,是企业应对时代更迭、经济形态变化的重要决策。尽管已有研究探究了企业-用户互动的影响作用,然而对于企业-用户互动对新创企业创新绩效内部作用机理的理论化阐述仍较为缺乏,研究结论仍存在争论。本研究通过对四个案例企业迭代创新进程的分析,识别出四个情境下企业-用户互动的12个互动事件,在此基础上探索和提炼企业-用户互动对创新绩效的内部作用机理问题。结果显示,不同情境下的企业-用户互动活动具有差异性;企业-用户互动的过程是企业和用户交换信息、知识等资源的过程;企业-用户相互学习是实现创新绩效的关键作用路径。研究结果对于互联网时代新创企业的创新实践活动的开展具有实践意义。

Research on the Impact of Firm-user Interaction on Innovative Performance: A Case Study based on the new ventures in “entrepreneurial platform” of Haier Group

Abstract: Firm-user interaction is the key topic in the era of Internet and an important measure to cope with environmental change and uncertainty. Although it has already explored the impact of firm-user interaction, little theoretical work has been done to explore its internal mechanism. This study elaborated the iterative innovation process of four subjects, identified 12 interaction events and functional mechanism of firm-user interaction. Result shows that: firm-user interaction activities under different situation are different; firm-user interaction is the process of firms and users to exchange information, knowledge and other resources; mutual learning is the key path to influence innovative performance. The results have practical significance on the new venture activities in the era of Internet.
