基于创业行为视角的创业能力概念界定

摘要：创业能力作为推动创业活动持续开展的原动力，已经吸引越来越多的学者开展相关研究。然而目前创业能力的概念内涵尚未统一，创业能力的维度体系构建仍然缺乏，创业能力的定量研究仍然较少，这就导致当前创业能力的相关问题研究还比较浅显，缺乏深入的机理性探究。因而本研究在回顾国内外相关文献基础上，从机会-资源一体化创业行为视角界定创业能力内涵，构建创业能力维度体系，开发创业能力测量量表并对其进行实证检验，为后续对创业能力开展深入的机理性研究奠定基础。

Definition and Scale Development about Entrepreneurial Capability based on Entrepreneurial Behavior Perspective

Abstract: Entrepreneurial capability as the sustained motive force for promoting entrepreneurial activities, has attracted more and more scholars to conduct research. However, until now the concept of entrepreneurial capability has not been unified yet, the dimension system of entrepreneurial capability is still limited and there is still less quantitative research about entrepreneurial capability. This leads to the current research on entrepreneurship problems are relatively shallow, and it is lack of advanced mechanism rational inquiry. Therefore this study defined the concept of entrepreneurial capability from the perspective of entrepreneurship opportunity - resources integration, based on the review of related literature at home and abroad. This study also constructed the dimension system of entrepreneurial capability, developed measurement scale of entrepreneurial capability and carries on the empirical test. All in all, this study made some basis for the future in-depth mechanism research about entrepreneurial capability.
