返乡创业生态系统实施框架研究

—基于国家返乡创业试点地区的调研

摘要：创业生态系统这一概念是将创业从研究独立企业和个人行为转移到探索复杂的创业环境与创业者关系的范畴。通过引入生态学视角来研究农民工返乡创业问题，构建了农民工返乡创业生态系统实施框架，创业主体在对创业要素的追求和获取中，受到创业环境的影响，创业环境对创业主体起调节作用，是主观与客观统一的平衡过程。最后，在此基础上，对创业生态系统各维度间的互动关系展开分析并提出促进农民工返乡创业的建议。

A Study on the Implementation Framework of Ecosystem for returning home for entrepreneurship

—an investigation based on the pilot areas of the country returning home to start a business

Abstract: Entrepreneurial Ecosystems is the transfer of entrepreneurship from the study of independent enterprises and inpidual behavior to explore the complex relationship between entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurs. This paper studies the problem of peasant workers returning home for entrepreneurship by introducing the ecological perspective, and constructs the implementation framework of migrant workers returning to their own business ecosystem. Entrepreneurship is the pursuit of entrepreneurial elements and access to entrepreneurship subject to the impact of entrepreneurial environment. Entrepreneurial environment on the regulation of entrepreneurship is the subjective and objective balance of the process of unification. Finally, on this basis, this paper analyzes the interactive relationship between the various dimensions of entrepreneurial ecosystem, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the return of migrant workers.
